Here's an attic that's getting a real workout.

This house in Tanglewood had plenty of attic space. The homeowners asked us to convert it to a gym.
		1	Framing the space to include access to storage.	2	In this town you can't survive without air conditioning.

3	The old water heater won't consume any space in the room...	4	...because the new tankless heater is so compact. (The cover is off in this photo.)	5	Ahhh, natural light at last. Skylights make a big improvement in here.

6	The finished space, buff and ready.	7	Notice the stairwell at the back of the room.	8	Every home gym should have a mirrored wall.
